CHEONG KELLY ♥

Good food and pretty clothes are my greatest weaknesses.

大家好! Back to update on Monday as promised. The original plan for the day was to head to SEA aquarium, lunch at The Line and finally Garden by the Bay in the evening. So disappointed when I checked the website for the operating hours and saw that certain parts of the Garden by the Bay will be closed for maintenance. ): Well even if we stick to the original plan we wouldn't have enough time to cover everything also >< This post will be filled with lots of photos, but I'll try my best to choose only the nicer ones uh :P

Btw, the only "editing" I do for my photos are cropping, except for those photos I took from my instagram.

I really really love the jellyfishes! Super pretty, especially when the lights are changing from blue to red, green, orange and yellow etc.

No idea why they were kissing ><

This boy really 很爱演..

My favorite photo of the day, finally taught him how to smile naturally at the camera! I love his smile, but I was never able to capture it when I was spamming photos of us for these 2 years.

Love, Bonito Collete top; super love the back design. It's like snake and ladder on my back :D

The handsome boy's ootd; Topman jeans and Aldo shoes.

Dear S, I don't know if you'll ever read this, but thank you for all that you've done for me during these 2 years. Thank you for tolerating me when I always lose my temper easily and when I whine so much, especially when I'm sick, pms-ing or having the time of the month. I know it hasn't always been a smooth journey for us, but we always manage to come back stronger, closer and more sure of us. No relationships are without the down parts, I'm sure we'll continue to make it through all the obstacles awaiting us in future. We'll make it work together. I love you Stefan.

Oh, love
Wednesday, October 16, 2013 @ 10:25 PM ✈

I like how blogging allows me to "record" the things I do and the photos I take, keeping the most important memories I have. Isn't it convenient that you can read your happy posts from the archives anytime and anywhere you want? (:  Shall try to update my little happy space more often!

Day out in town with the boy on Saturday and I decided to dress up cause it has been so long since I get to wear nice clothes! (I get weird looks if I dress too nicely to work T.T) Went into Tiffany & Co for the first time in my life to choose a birthday present for Stefan's mum! Of course, we did our homework before hand so we already had some designs in mind.

Finally decided on this pretty piece! Isn't this a beauty? I'm a total fan of Tiffany & Co, they always have such nice designs! Plus they have such nice tiffany blue box! Love their Atlas collection too ^^

Lunch at Ding Tai Fung with the boy as we both happened to be craving for 小笼包s! This is also the first time we're eating in a chinese restaurant together cause I never knew he actually likes xlbs. We usually settle for western, japanese or fast food ._. Passed by Charles & Keith and fell in love with this!!! So pretty and comfortable, plus the heels aren't too high! So tempted to get it, hopefully it'll still be available after I get my pay! ><

Ending the post with an ootd from Saturday taken in Tiffany & Co; decked in Megagamie's Mavis Boyfriend Vest, Hollyhoque's Cute with Bow Zipper top and clutch from Love, Bonito (:

Goodnight!

Cheongs' Staycation 2013!
Monday, September 16, 2013 @ 12:16 AM ✈

Finally got to upload the photos from last weekend's staycation at MBS with the family! Sis decided to bring out her camera for the staycation but she misplaced the cable so I couldn't upload any photos the entire week. Be prepared for a post filled with photos! All photos in this post is taken with this baby below so the quality's better than my iphone (hopefully)! No edits cause I have zero knowledge about using photoshop.

It has always been difficult for my family to go out together due to my brother's work hours and everyone else's busy schedules. But thankfully the company my brother's working at gave their employees a free 2D1N staycation at Marina Bay Sands Hotel (: So on my brother's off-day last weekend, we managed to have our Cheong Family bonding time! Checked into Tower 3, a garden view room at level 12 where the Gardens by the Bay was directly opposite. Pretty view at night but super noisy cause of the highway downstairs ):

Super pretty lights at night!

Me and my sis checking out the mirrors upon entering the room hahahaha!

We checked in pretty late, at about 4 plus. So after putting our bags aside and chilling for a while, we went for dinner buffet at Senki Japanese Restaurant at Somerset. Food reviews for the dinner will be in next post cause I'm afraid this might get too lengthy.

30cm difference in height!

Annoying brother who photobombed us using his middle finger!

After dinner my 4th Aunt's family drop by the hotel and we had a mini birthday celebration for her, with a dark chocolate cake from Chocolate Origin.

Family photo after 3 years.

We went up to the Skypark the next morning at 10, where 4 of us had access to the infinity pool area (which we didn't have time to swim in) while my Dad had to pay $20 to go up and got disappointed cause he couldn't join us at the pool area ._. Frankly speaking, it really wasn't worth the $20 cause he only had access to a "viewing" area where all people can do is to take photos. It was really windy that morning, the view was great but I definitely preferred the night lightings.

Though it was a short 2D1N stay, I still thank God for this opportunity for our family to be together. We fight, we quarrel, we are not perfect, but we're still family. I love my family; forever.
