CHEONG KELLY ♥

Good food and pretty clothes are my greatest weaknesses.

"Nobody looks like what they really are on the inside. You don't. I don't. People are much more complicated than that. It's true of everybody." - Neil Gaiman, The Ocean at the End of the Lane

"The purpose of life is a life of purpose" - Robert Bryne

East to west and back daily is really tiring T.T I don't even have time to use my laptop anymore. Waking up at 4.45am and reaching home at 7pm daily is too draining although there isn't even anything for me to do at work now. Just hoping I won't have to do much OT (slim chance) or even come back during the weekends once I get assigned to my workstation. Please wish me luck lol.

ootd from yesterday in Amber Avenue and The Closet Lover

I was still getting excited about buying new clothes for work until I saw what my colleagues wore. Since uniform is provided, they wore slippers, berms, tees/tanks while I was told to wear casual tops with covered bottoms (only getting uniform after 3 months). My colleague even told me that if I wore too nicely to work I'd actually get weird looks from people ._. Currently I'm wearing the sweater + jeans combi everyday to fit in (plus the lab & office is really cold) but I'm running out of casual tops to wear T.T and worse, I have all sorts of colors for my jeans except the most common/normal denim blue.

Time to crash in bed with less than 5 hours of sleep.
Goodnight xoxo
